Every new project undergoes a mandatory review by our company’s moderators. According to the regulations, project moderation is completed within one business day, but there may be exceptions for certain projects.

Moderation includes checking functionality, as well as the content of the main sections of the site. Contacts, company description, support service—providing all this information will help you pass moderation faster and avoid unnecessary questions from the moderators. Project Statuses

SANDBOX - The project is either awaiting moderation or is currently being reviewed. During this time, the moderator will inspect the site for compliance with the rules. During this status, you cannot make payments on your site or change data except for the name and the game.

LIVE - The project has successfully passed moderation, and payment acceptance is fully available for your clients.

BLOCKED - Unfortunately, the moderator has decided to reject the project. This may be related to its content, as well as the activities of the company itself or non-compliance with the rules. To appeal the decision, please contact support. You will also receive a message from the moderator, describing the specific violations found.

Re-moderation

If your project was blocked, but you have made corrections according to the above rules, you can apply for re-moderation by using the support section, create a new ticket, and indicate that you want to undergo re-moderation by providing your project ID and specifying the technical department.
